CROSSFIT GROUP TRAINING
(must first complete CrossFit Foundations pre-requisite or)
We offer several different Group Training monthly membership options.
Our athletes may chose to train with us anywhere from 1 to 6 days a week. Our coaches will help you find the best training schedule for your lifestyle and your fitness or performance goals.
(3- 60 minute sessions)
In order to get started in our CrossFit group training sessions you must first participate in CrossFit Foundations. Our Foundations training consists of three, 60 minute sessions. It is here where you will learn the 9 basic lifts and the principles of the CrossFit method. CrossFit Foundations will prepare you for our group training sessions by teaching you the major lifts of CrossFit, along with other important movements, skills, and protocols you will encounter during workouts. We will also go over basic nutrition principles, as well as how to log your workouts in order to document your progress!
Our goal is to provide you with the valuable instruction, motivation, and tools you need so that you are empowered to reach your goals. We believe starting off with a solid foundation will give you the best opportunity to experience success and fun in our class environment!
There is a 3 person maximum allowed for these training sessions.
Upon completion of CF Foundations you may attend any open CROSSFIT GROUP TRAINING all level class.
It is possible that some all level classes will not be open if they have reached capacity.
All advanced level CF group training sessions are closed classes and require coaches approval in order to be admitted into these training times.
