CROSSFIT GROUP TRAINING
We offer several different CrossFit group monthly training options.
Our athletes may chose to train with us anywhere from 2 to 6 days a week. Our coaches will help you find the best training schedule for your lifestyle and your fitness or performance goals.
Some athletes may need to receive private instruction before being released into our CrossFit group training sessions.
After the athlete's initial visit, the coach will suggest the best approach for the individual to get started at CF Turlock.
Private training will prepare the client for our group training sessions by teaching the major CrossFit lifts, as well as important movements, skills, and protocols that are taught during group training. We will also go over basic nutrition principles, as well as how to log your workouts in order to document your progress!
Our goal is to provide you with the valuable instruction, motivation, and tools you need so that you are empowered to reach your goals. We believe starting off with a solid foundation will give you the best opportunity to experience success and fun in our class environment!
