Back Squat


5min AMRAP of the following...

1 muscle up

3 Box Jumps

5 thrusters

increase each exercise by 1 rep at the top of

every round...

for example

Round 2

2 muscle ups

4 Box Jumps

6 Thrusters

Round 3

3 muscle ups

5 Box Jumps

7 Thrusters

Rest 2 min at the end of the 5 min AMRAP

and Repeat for 1 more time!!

**Sets and percentages will be posted at the gym

options for muscle up sub will also be given!!
